Grail Spark identifies collectible figures from photos and estimates their market value. This policy explains exactly what happens to the data involved. Short version: we don't ask who you are, and we don't keep your photos.
Grail Spark has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise or coarse location, advertising identifiers, or any cross-app tracking data. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Identification is performed by Moonshot AI (international endpoint) acting as our processor. Your photo is transmitted to that service to generate the result. We send only the image and a fixed instruction prompt — no device identifier and no other data about you.
Your permission is asked first. Before your first scan, the app shows a consent notice explaining that the photo will be sent to Moonshot AI for identification. No photo leaves your device until you agree, and you can decline and stop using the scan feature at any time.
Moonshot AI processes photos solely to return the identification result on our behalf and under its API data-processing terms is required to protect this data to a standard consistent with this policy. It does not receive your name or any account identity (we hold none). Please refer to that provider's own privacy terms for their handling practices.
Your collection (saved figures, their photos, and estimated values) and your onboarding answers are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive a cryptographically signed receipt to verify that a subscription is active. We never receive your payment details, and the receipt is verified in-process and not stored.
Grail Spark is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Because we hold no account and no personal identifiers, there is normally no personal data to export or delete. If you believe we hold data relating to you, contact us and we will investigate and respond.
Identifications, valuations and bootleg guidance are AI-generated estimates provided for reference only. They can be wrong. A photograph cannot establish authenticity. Always verify independently before buying or selling.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change in the app's release notes.
